The AOD468 MOSFET is a robust 60V 30A N-channel Logic Level MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. It operates at a low gate-source voltage (as low as 4.5V), enabling direct control via microcontrollers or logic circuits without additional drivers. With a drain-source voltage rating of 60V and continuous drain current of 30A, it supports high-power industrial systems such as motor drives, DC-DC converters, and battery management. Key features include an ultra-low on-resistance (RDS(on)) for reduced conduction losses, fast switching capability, and a wide operating temperature range (-55°C to +175°C). Ideal for automotive, industrial automation, and renewable energy applications, its compact TO-252 package ensures easy integration.
