The Omron E6C2-CWZ6C 300P/R encoder is a robust incremental encoder designed for industrial automation and motion control systems. This 300P/R incremental encoder generates A, B, and Z-phase square-wave outputs via a line-driver interface, supporting signal transmission distances up to 30 meters with noise immunity. It operates at 5-24V DC with a 5% tolerance and functions reliably in temperatures ranging from -10°C to +70°C, suitable for machinery, robotics, and conveyor systems. Featuring a compact 40mm-diameter housing with IP50 dust protection, it includes a 6-pin connector for easy integration. Its magnetic sensing technology ensures stable performance under vibration while maintaining ±1 pulse/rev accuracy. Though lacking absolute positioning, its cost-effective design excels in speed and direction detection applications. The encoder's hollow shaft accommodates up to 10mm diameter mounting shafts, with a maximum mechanical speed of 5,000 rpm.
