The TRD-N40-RZL encoder, a key member of the TRD series, is an RZL rotary encoder delivering high-resolution feedback with 2-channel quadrature output. It supports direct connectivity to PLCs or servo drives via RS-485/CANopen interfaces. Operating at 5-30V DC, it functions reliably in -20°C to +85°C environments, ideal for industrial automation, robotics, and CNC systems. Featuring a compact IP67-rated housing, it provides 4096 pulses per revolution and shaft-load durability up to 50N. While lacking built-in battery backup or display, its magnetic sensing enables 0.1mm axial tolerance for precise positioning. Primary advantages include anti-vibration performance and EMI resistance, though installation requires precise mechanical alignment. Detection range spans 360° continuous rotation with non-contact operation.
