This hybrid component combines the EWWR0003J200 resistor's 200Ω ±5% tolerance and 5W power rating with the J200RT9's 200°C thermal cutoff threshold. Operating across 24-480VDC circuits within -55°C to +250°C, it directly interfaces with power modules through axial leads, requiring no additional connectors. The RT9 ceramic resistor substrate ensures thermal stability up to 400°C momentary peaks, while the glass-sealed thermal fuse prevents catastrophic failure in industrial motor drives, HVAC systems, and renewable energy converters.
