The TRD-S1024B encoder is a high-resolution rotary encoder and incremental motion sensor offering 1024 pulses per revolution for precise angular measurement. With 4 digital inputs and 2 open-collector outputs, it directly interfaces with PLCs, servo drives, and up to 4 peripheral modules via RS-485 or CAN bus. Operating at 5-30V DC, it functions reliably in -40°C to +85°C environments, suited for robotics, CNC machining, and automated manufacturing. Key advantages include IP67-rated durability, anti-interference shielding, and ±0.1° repeatability, though it requires precise alignment during installation. The compact 58mm diameter housing integrates a 2.4-inch OLED display for real-time RPM monitoring. Its infrared optical sensing enables contactless detection up to 8mm, eliminating mechanical wear.
