Product Description

The ISL88733HRTZ is a highly integrated Battery Charger Controller designed for advanced Li-ion Power Management in portable systems. It supports single or dual input sources with a wide input voltage range of 3V to 24V, accommodating up to 4-series Li-ion battery configurations. This controller interfaces via I²C/SMBus for real-time parameter adjustment and monitoring. Operating within -40°C to +85°C, it features adaptive charging profiles, voltage/current regulation (±0.5% accuracy), and comprehensive protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, and thermal overload. Ideal for laptops, medical devices, and industrial equipment, its advantages include fast charging efficiency, dynamic power path management, and compact design. Limitations include dependency on external MOSFETs and absence of built-in wireless protocols. Maximum output supports 20V/5A charging.
