The TRD-2EH1800B encoder combines a 1800 PPR rotary encoder with EH series linear encoder compatibility, delivering high-resolution position feedback for precision motion control. It operates on 5-24VDC within -20°C to +70°C, supporting industrial automation, CNC machining, and robotics. Featuring dual-channel incremental outputs (A/B/Z) with RS-422 differential signals, it interfaces directly with PLCs or servo drives via integrated RS-485/SSI ports. The compact 58mm-diameter housing integrates magnetic sensing for linear displacement measurement up to 2mm proximity detection. Designed for rugged environments (IP65 rated), it enables cascading of up to 3 slave modules via expansion ports. While lacking built-in display or battery backup, its ±1 arc-minute repeatability and shock-resistant construction ensure reliable operation in high-vibration settings.
