The KRT-FS-40BS Sensor is a high-precision KRT Flow Sensor designed for industrial fluid monitoring, featuring the FS-40BS Flow Meter module. It supports 4-20mA analog inputs/outputs and connects directly to up to 8 peripheral modules via RS-485 or Modbus protocols. Operating within 12-36VDC and -25°C to 70°C, it suits applications in chemical processing, water treatment, and HVAC systems. This device offers ±0.5% measurement accuracy with a detection range of 0.1-40 m/s flow velocity, complemented by a 3.2-inch LCD for real-time data visualization. Its IP67-rated housing ensures durability in harsh environments. While optimized for minimal pressure loss, installation requires precise alignment for optimal performance. Extended operation is enabled by an optional 5000mAh backup battery. Key limitations include sensitivity to particulate-laden fluids and complex calibration procedures for mixed-media applications.
