Product Description

The RHPH0200 actuator combines a precision RHPH0200 servo gear and a compact RHPH0200 motorized stage, designed for high-resolution linear positioning in automation, robotics, and semiconductor manufacturing. It supports 2 analog/digital inputs and 1 encoder output, interfacing directly with PLCs or motion controllers via RS-485/CANopen protocols. Operating at 12-48V DC within -20°C to +70°C, it delivers ±0.005mm repeatability with a travel range up to 200mm. The integrated servo gear ensures minimal backlash (≤0.1 arcmin) and torque up to 20Nm. Though lacking onboard battery or display, its IP65-rated housing and brushless motor enable reliable performance in harsh environments. Key limitations include higher initial cost and specialized calibration requirements. Detection proximity sensors (optional) extend compatibility with object alignment tasks.
