The HGL15CA Encoder with integrated Z0-H-ZZ Sensor is a high-performance incremental rotary encoder designed for industrial automation, robotics, and precision motion control systems. It features a single-channel differential output supporting quadrature signals (A, B, Z) for precise angular position feedback, directly interfacing with PLCs, servo drives, and CNC controllers. Operating within 5-30VDC and -20°C to +85°C, this encoder offers 1024 pulses per revolution resolution with ±0.1° accuracy. The stainless steel housing provides IP67 protection against dust and moisture, while its compact 58mm diameter enables space-constrained installations. Though lacking built-in communication interfaces like Ethernet/IP, its rugged construction ensures reliable performance in heavy machinery and packaging lines. The encoder requires no battery backup, instead maintaining positional data through real-time pulse generation.
