The SEMiX303GD12E4c from the SEMiX3 Series Modules is a high-performance GD12E4c Power Semiconductor IGBT module designed for industrial power conversion systems. It integrates three independent half-bridge configurations with 6 integrated IGBT/diode pairs, supporting direct parallel connections for scalable power handling. Rated for 1200V/450A operation, it operates within -40°C to +150°C temperature ranges, ideal for motor drives, renewable energy systems, and industrial automation.
