The MPM316W sensor is a versatile pressure transmitter and flow meter designed for precise industrial applications. It features 2 analog inputs (4-20mA) and 1 digital output, directly interfacing with PLCs, SCADA systems, and IoT modules via RS-485 Modbus RTU. Operating within 12-36VDC, it withstands temperatures from -40°C to 85°C, making it ideal for oil/gas, water treatment, and chemical industries. The MPM316W pressure transmitter offers ±0.25% F.S accuracy with IP67 protection, capable of measuring pressures up to 600 bar. As a flow meter, it achieves 2% volumetric accuracy across 0.5-15 m/s flow ranges. Its compact design includes a 2.4-inch OLED screen for real-time data and supports 1,000-hour battery backup (optional). Key advantages include corrosion-resistant 316L housing and automatic temperature compensation, while limitations involve reduced accuracy in pulsating flow conditions.
