The GR-4S flame detector, part of the DZ series optical sensor family, integrates advanced infrared and UV spectral analysis for reliable fire detection. Designed with the FD-192 fire sensor core, it features 4 configurable input channels and 2 isolated output relays, supporting direct connection to up to 16 expansion modules via RS-485 or Modbus protocols. Operating at 12-24VDC, it functions in harsh environments (-20°C to +60°C) with IP66-rated durability. Ideal for petrochemical, energy, and industrial facilities, its key strengths include a 30-meter detection range, rapid response (<3s), and robust false-alarm immunity. The unit houses a 2000mAh backup battery and a 2.4" LCD interface for status monitoring. Limitations include periodic optical window maintenance requirements.
