Product Description

The ACQ32x15 stepper motor integrated 32x15 linear actuator is a high-precision motion solution within the ACQ series servo drive family. Featuring 4 digital inputs and 2 analog outputs, it directly interfaces with up to 8 expansion modules via CANopen, EtherCAT, and RS-485 communication protocols. Operating at 24-48V DC with a -20°C to +60°C temperature range, this industrial-grade actuator delivers 50mm linear travel at 0.02mm repeatability, optimized for automation, robotics, CNC machining, and packaging systems. Its brushless design ensures maintenance-free operation with 92dB maximum noise emission. While offering superior positioning accuracy and adaptive anti-resonance control, this 450g compact actuator has limited payload capacity (15N maximum thrust) and requires external position feedback for closed-loop applications. The integrated heat sink enables continuous duty cycles without derating.
