The ACQ50×50 encoder, a key model in the ACQ series incremental encoder range, is a 50mm quadrature encoder engineered for high-precision rotary motion feedback. It generates dual-channel A/B phase signals and an optional Z-index pulse, directly interfacing with PLCs, drives, and motion controllers via TTL, HTL, or RS-422 outputs. Operating on 5-30 VDC with a -20°C to +85°C temperature range, it excels in industrial automation, robotics, and CNC systems. The encoder features a rugged IP67-rated housing, vibration resistance up to 20g, and 6000 RPM maximum speed. Its 50mm detection radius enables precise angular measurement while maintaining compact integration. Though lacking onboard battery or display, its 2048 PPR resolution and ±1 arc-minute accuracy make it ideal for demanding positioning tasks. Primary limitations include requirement for homing routines and no absolute position retention during power loss.
