The Big Head Carriage Bolt M6x65, also known as the Large Head Coach Bolt M6-65 or M6x65 Heavy Duty Carriage Bolt, features a domed hexagonal head with a square neck for secure anti-rotational fastening. Constructed from grade 8.8 carbon steel or stainless steel (A2/A4), it has a 6mm diameter shank, 65mm length under the head, and a 15mm head diameter. Designed for high-load applications, it operates in temperatures from -30°C to 120°C, ideal for structural assemblies in construction, machinery, and automotive industries. The bolt's square neck prevents spinning during installation, while the large head distributes pressure evenly. Its zinc-plated or galvanized finish enhances corrosion resistance.
