Product Description

The DSBG50 Actuator integrates with the PPSA Pressure Sensor and N3-Rated Valve to form a compact industrial control system. It operates on 24V DC (18-30V range) and functions in -20°C to +70°C environments. The actuator features 2 digital inputs, 1 analog output, and direct connectivity for up to 4 expansion modules via RS-485/Modbus. The PPSA sensor measures 0-100 bar with ±0.5% accuracy, while the N3-Rated Valve meets industrial safety standards for explosive atmospheres. Designed for oil/gas and chemical processing, this assembly enables precise pressure regulation within 150mm sensor detection range. Key advantages include IP67 protection and DIN rail mounting compatibility, though limited to 500mA auxiliary load capacity. Battery backup is not included in base configuration.
