The MER-230-168U3M is a USB3.0 machine vision camera integrating a 2.3MP high-speed global shutter sensor, designed for precision industrial automation and inspection applications. It features 2 opto-isolated digital inputs and 2 configurable outputs for direct synchronization with triggers, strobes, or PLC modules. Supporting USB3.0 SuperSpeed communication at 5 Gbps, it ensures low-latency data transfer for real-time processing. Operating on 5V DC (±10%) via USB power, it maintains stable performance in temperatures from -10°C to 50°C, suitable for electronics manufacturing, robotic guidance, and automotive assembly lines. The camera excels in high-speed imaging (up to 168 fps at 1920x1200) with minimal motion blur, though its fixed C-mount lens compatibility limits optical flexibility. Its compact, fanless design (62x62x47mm) enables easy integration into space-constrained systems.
