The TCM12X75S integrates a precision torque sensor, a high-efficiency motor controller, and a rugged industrial encoder into a compact modular design. It features 6 configurable analog/digital inputs and 4 PWM outputs, supporting direct interfacing with up to 8 peripheral devices via CANopen, RS-485, or Ethernet/IP. Operating at 12-48V DC with an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, it excels in harsh industrial automation, robotics, and heavy machinery applications. The TCM12X75S torque sensor delivers ±0.2% accuracy across its 75 Nm range, while the embedded 17-bit industrial encoder ensures precise motion feedback. Advantages include IP67 protection, 500-hour onboard data logging, and real-time torque-rpm synchronization. Limited to 2-axis control without expansion modules. Its 100mm sensing gap accommodates standard couplings. The unit incorporates a 24V backup power circuit with 30-minute runtime.
