Product Description

The KN-TC-DC-WCP, part of the WCP Series DC Controller line, is a TC-DC Temperature Controller designed for industrial automation, HVAC, and process control applications. It features 2 universal input channels (supporting thermocouples, RTDs, and 4-20mA signals) and 2 relay outputs for direct control of heating/cooling devices. Compatible with up to 4 expansion modules, this controller integrates via RS-485 Modbus communication for system networking. Operating on 12-24V DC power, it withstands temperatures from -20°C to 60°C, ensuring reliability in harsh environments. Equipped with a 3.5-inch LCD and non-contact IR sensing (0-5m detection), it enables remote monitoring. While offering high-precision (±0.2% FS) regulation and IP65 protection, it requires periodic calibration. Built-in 2000mAh backup battery maintains settings during power interruptions. Ideal for food processing and manufacturing sectors needing robust temperature management.
