The LM-M4 Linear Motor integrates the 20K RPM Actuator and 310S Servo Motor into a compact, high-precision drive system designed for industrial automation. It features 4 digital inputs, 2 analog outputs, and direct compatibility with EtherCAT/CANopen interfaces for seamless module integration. Operating at 24-48VDC with a temperature range of -10°C to 50°C, it excels in semiconductor manufacturing, robotics, and CNC machining.
