Product Description

The LM-24 linear actuator integrates a 2.0mm lead screw for precise motion control, driving the LM-24*2.0-1K-XY XY precision stage with exceptional accuracy. It operates on 12-24VDC, supports RS-485/CAN/Modbus communication, and features 2 digital inputs, 2 analog outputs, and direct expansion for up to 4 modular accessories. Designed for industrial automation, optical alignment, and semiconductor manufacturing, it delivers ±5μm repeatability, a 10kg load capacity, and operates from -20°C to +70°C. Equipped with a 2000mAh backup battery and optional 2.4-inch HMI, it ensures uninterrupted operation. Its compact design enables 10mm sensing range and minimizes energy consumption. Limitations include limited travel speed (5mm/s) and no IP-rated protection, requiring additional sealing in harsh environments.
