The TCM25X150S Stepper Motor integrates a high-torque design with a compact TCM25X150S Motor Driver, delivering up to 15 Nm torque for precision motion control in industrial automation, robotics, and CNC applications. It operates on 24-48V DC with a wide temperature range of -10°C to +50°C, supporting 4 digital inputs, 2 analog outputs, and direct interfacing with up to 8 expansion modules via RS-485 or CANopen protocols. The hybrid stepper system features a 1.8° step angle and optional encoder feedback for accuracy within ±0.05°. With a rugged IP54-rated housing and 150mm frame size, it ensures reliable performance in dusty or humid environments. Drawbacks include moderate heat dissipation requirements under peak loads. Compatible with linear scales for position detection up to 10 meters, this all-in-one solution eliminates external driver boxes while offering programmable microstepping from 200 to 51,200 steps/revolution.
