The ME2C-501-23GC(-P) is a high-performance gas detection module integrating the ME2C-501 gas sensor, designed for real-time monitoring of combustible gases. It operates with a single analog input and directly interfaces with safety systems or alarms through its 4-20 mA or RS-485 communication interfaces. This 23GC-P gas detector supports modular connectivity for up to 5 expansion units, enhancing scalability. The device operates within a voltage range of 10-30 V DC and functions reliably in temperatures from -20°C to 50°C. Ideal for oil & gas, chemical plants, and industrial safety applications, it offers rapid response (<15 seconds), long lifespan (5+ years), and a detection range of 0-100% LEL. The optional display variant features a 2.4-inch LCD screen for real-time readings. Powered by a 3.7 V/2000 mAh rechargeable battery in portable configurations, the ME2C series sensor module excels in durability but requires periodic calibration. Its compact design and IP65 rating ensure adaptability in harsh environments.
