Product Description

The MARS-2020-42GTC, also known as the Mars Gas Controller, is an industrial-grade gas detection system designed for hazardous environments. It integrates 4 analog inputs and 2 relay outputs, directly interfacing with up to 4 modular 42GTC Sensor Modules for real-time gas monitoring. The device supports RS-485, Modbus, and wireless communication protocols (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth) for seamless integration into industrial networks. Operating within 12-24V DC, it functions reliably in temperatures from -20°C to 60°C, making it ideal for oil & gas, chemical processing, and mining industries. Equipped with a 4-inch LCD touchscreen, the controller offers a detection range of up to 30 meters. Key advantages include high sensitivity, rugged IP65-rated construction, and a 5000mAh backup battery for 12-hour operation. Its primary limitation is periodic calibration requirements for sensor accuracy.
