The E304T-30 welding electrode is a 30A stainless steel TIG rod designed for precision welding applications, offering compatibility with both AC/DC power sources. Optimized for 30A output, it operates within 15-30V DC or 20-35V AC and features a temperature tolerance of -20°C to 120°C. This electrode supports direct integration with standard TIG torches via a 6.35mm (1/4") connector and is widely used in food processing, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries for its corrosion-resistant E304L-grade weld deposits. Key advantages include minimal spatter, smooth arc stability, and compatibility with thin-section stainless steel (0.5-3mm). Limitations include restricted use on carbon steel and mandatory gas shielding (Argon 99.99%). The rod has a 2.4mm diameter standard size, 350mm length, and requires 5-8mm arc distance for optimal performance. No integrated screen or battery components are present in this consumable electrode design.
