Product Description

The AS0768 displacement sensor integrates the 010130 encoder module and 0120 high-precision transducer, delivering ±0.02% full-scale accuracy for industrial automation. It features 2 analog inputs, 4-20mA/0-10V outputs, and supports RS-485/CAN bus interfaces for connecting up to 32 slave devices. Operating at 12-30V DC with -40°C to +85°C tolerance, this IP67-rated sensor excels in CNC machinery, robotic arms, and precision metrology. The modular design enables 20-200mm measurement ranges via configurable endpoints, with 0.01μm resolution and 50kHz sampling. While requiring shielded cabling for EMI-prone environments, its aluminum alloy housing ensures vibration resistance. The compact 120×80×45mm package includes optional OLED display (2.4") for real-time monitoring.
