The FD-42G is a multifunctional industrial device combining the roles of an FD-42G flow meter, FD-42G digital sensor, and FD-42G gas detector. It features 4 analog inputs, 2 relay outputs, and supports direct integration with up to 3 external modules via RS-485, Modbus, or Bluetooth interfaces. Operating within 9-36V DC and -20°C to 60°C, it is designed for oil & gas, chemical processing, and water treatment industries. The FD-42G gas detector offers a 0-1000 ppm detection range, while the FD-42G digital sensor provides ±0.5% accuracy for flow measurement. Equipped with a 5200mAh rechargeable battery and a 4.3-inch LCD, its rugged IP67-rated housing ensures reliability in harsh environments. Key advantages include real-time data logging and multi-protocol compatibility, though periodic calibration is recommended for sustained accuracy.
